Narcissus Niveth, 5 W-W, Henry Backhouse, 1931
A pretty, whiter than white triandrus daffodil that somehow never got the chance to develop into a real variety. After its introduction in 1931, breeders preferred to hybridize Thalia – a variety with better growth. To me this slightly lesser growth is irrelevant. I love this old daffodil and will continue breeding it.
